I am very passionate about my job as a personal trainer, consultant, and coach for over 20 years. I design fitness programs to meet the specific needs of the client. I also provide nutritional guidance and motivation for the client to meet their health and fitness goals. The bond formed with my clients is meaningful and long lasting. My mission is to help as many people as I can achieve a fit lifestyle. I’m living proof being over 50, fitness is possible at any age or circumstance. I applaud a client’s first step into my fitness studio and their decision to make such an important life change. I don’t teach perfection but progress. 12 week Lifestyle Makeover: Give me 12 weeks to work with you! Nothing happens overnight and this is the clinically studied amount of time to allow your body time to adjust to the implemented healthy changes and to see results. I am very flexible with what works best for you, your time, and budget. Sessions per week will be decided after our consultation meeting. (See payment options at right.)

60-Minute Consultation

60-minute session to discuss fitness/health goals and what it will take to achieve them. This is a very candid and necessary conversation. This is our time to put together vital information in order to guide us as trainer/client to which service will best fit your needs. Also, it allows for building a working relationship in a comfortable setting. I utilize Facetime/Skype for online consulting/coaching. Payment confirmation for online consulting required for calendaring, and pre-appointment questionnaire to be completed prior to our session. The session is $50 and includes PayPal fees.

30-Minute Check-In Consultation

I utilize consults for accountability check-ins which can be 30 minutes to one hour in length. Check in with me accountability is $30 for 30 minutes (includes PayPal fees).

Stay Healthy Fitness can provide a complete health and wellness program for your employees. A great place to start is by offering a fun weight loss and overall health improvement challenge over the course of 12 weeks. Included are individual health assessments, health questionnaires, weekly employee follow-ups, health and fitness tips, and optional nutrition workshops, and boot camps.

Hire a Stay Healthy Fitness Bootcamp for your corporate event, social event, or private party. This team-taught, high-energy experience is a fun way to bring health and fitness to your employees, family, and friends. Waiver release forms are required and a minimum of 10 participants per group event at $10 per participant.

Host a Stay Healthy Nutrition Workshop. This is an intimate small group gathering. I prepare a Stay Healthy recipe to sample and get you involved in the process. This is an interactive and fun way to bring the joy and importance of healthy cooking to your friends and family. Limited to 20 attendees per workshop at $20 per person. The host is free and must have a large kitchen area for demonstration/teaching/dining.
