Personal Training Session

An hour-long training session designed specifically for you. The first session includes an assessment and nutritional guidance. Your second session covers exercise form and technique helpful to establish fitness level and any necessary modifications. The third session and thereafter are dedicated to working through your designed exercise program. It is recommended to attend at least 12 weeks of personal training sessions for best results. Personal training sessions are conducted in person or online.
