Welcome to My New Blog!
I am excited to bring you a better Blog on fitness for every age.
It has been a longtime goal to have a new look and feel to my website. I also wanted the Blog to become a special interactive space for everyone. I feel you’re never too old to start something new and I began working on this project. So, here I am at 60 celebrating this accomplishment with you and I couldn’t be more excited.
The older I get, the more motivated and driven I am to shed a positive light on aging and staying fit through the journey. The Blog will be an outlet for me to share posts that relate to health, fitness, pro-aging, and relevant personal shares. I am calling it the life of the website since I plan to add new content every week.
I am preparing topics for the Blog and would love to know what interests you. If we could sit down together and have a conversation, what would you ask me? I envision having interactive exchanges about your fitness successes or what may be a struggle. It will be a great space for motivation and support. A place to begin meaningful conversations with others wanting to achieve improved fitness. Leave your comment below and I look forward to responding.
My website introduction video is included here to provide a personal touch to this post. I also wanted to share what I bring to the table as a personal trainer and coach. It is also accessible on the homepage.
Amazon Storefront
I am also excited to share my Amazon Storefront with you where I have posted my favorite finds on Amazon. I wanted to bring an over-50 presence to Amazon. I felt representation for us older adults was lacking, especially for fashion and fitness clothing.
