Tuna, Avocado and Hummus on Toast

Tuna, Avocado and Hummus on Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can albacore tuna drained
  • ½ ripe fresh avocado
  • ¼ cup hummus of choice
  • 1 slice high fiber organic bread

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, place drained tuna, avocado and hummus. With a fork, mash the avocado into the tuna and hummus and continue to stir until well combined. Toast high fiber bread and top with 1/2 tuna mixture. Yields one serving
